With over 8 years of experience teaching yoga and a personal practice spanning 14 years, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to my psychotherapy work. I offer somatic approaches, including yoga, breathwork, guided meditations, body scans, and gentle stretching, to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate inner balance.
